Peytyn Raine Justus
Peytyn Raine Justus, passed away Monday (April 10, 2017) at University of Virginia Medical Center in Charlottesville, Virginia. Born April 9, 2017 in Charlottesville, she was the one day old daughter of Donald Ray and Amanda Sue Dye Justus of Raven, Virginia. She was preceded in death by one uncle, Elbert Justus.
Survivors, in addition to her parents, include one sister, Ashlyn Rose Justus; paternal grandparents, Otto and Rosa Justus; maternal grandparents, Dorothy Dye and Charlie Dye and friend, Sharon Hodges; uncles, Bobby Dye and wife, Tammy and Otto Justus, Jr. and wife, Eve; aunts, Wanda Gillespie and husband, Ricky, Donna McGlothlin and husband, Burl, Lisa Owens, Crystal Huggert and husband, Mark and Karen Sheppard and husband, Keith; special cousin, Kristy Vandyke and several additional cousins also survive.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2 PM Saturday in the Honaker Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Robert Robinson and Rev. David Perkins officiating. Interment will follow in the Helton Cemetery at Stinson Ridge, Virginia.
Pallbearers will be Bobby Dye and Otto Justus, Jr.
Honorary pallbearers will be the staff of University of Virginia Health Systems Labor and Delivery Department and NICU.
The family will receive friends at the Honaker Funeral Home after 6:00 PM Friday.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Peytyn Raine Justus Fund c/o Honaker Funeral Home P.O. Box 1620 Honaker, Virginia.
