Obituary for Souel Dean Rowe
Mr. Dean Rowe, age 44, of Honaker, Virginia, formerly of Charleston, West Virginia passed away (March 28, 2017) in a Johnson City, Tennessee healthcare center. Born June 9, 1972 in Grundy, Virginia, he was the son of Hazel Sue Lowe Sparks of Honaker, Virginia and the late Souel Berry Rowe. He had resided in West Virginia most of his life and had been employed as a car salesman.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents.
Survivors, in addition to his mother, include two sons, Souel Dean Rowe, Jr. and David Alexander Rowe; one brother, Berry Allen Rowe; one sister, Angela Lynn Justice; niece, Anastasia Justice and several aunts, uncles and cousins also survive.
Graveside services will be conducted at 1 PM Saturday in the Rowe Family Cemetery at Rowe, Virginia with Rev. Michael Justice officiating. Interment will follow. Those wishing to attend are asked to assemble at the cemetery.
