Mr. Brian Scott Lowe, age 50, of Ringgold, Virginia, passed away Sunday (November 18, 2018) at his home. Born May 18, 1968 in Tazewell County, Virginia, he was a son of Roby Lowe, Jr. and Glenda Harris Lowe of Lebanon, Virginia. He was a 1986 graduate of Honaker High School and had received his Associate’s Degree from Southwest Virginia Community College. He had spent most of his life in Russell County before moving to the Danville area two years ago. He was currently employed as maintenance manager with Unarco Industries. He enjoyed hunting, but most of all spending time with his family.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Kelly and Edith Harris and paternal grandparents, Roby Lowe, Sr. and Mimie Lowe.

In addition to his parents, survivors include one daughter, Kelly Brooke Lowe of Lebanon; two grandchildren, Celina Hess and Addison Grizzle of Lebanon; one sister, Rhonda Ball and husband, Ken of Cedar Bluff; two nieces, Whitney Compton and Dani Compton and boyfriend, Dakota McReynolds all of Cedar Bluff; two great-nephews, Mason Beavers and Hudson Mullins also survive.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 PM Friday in the Honaker Funeral Home Chapel, Honaker, Virginia with Rev. Larry Robinson officiating. Interment will follow in Russell Memorial Cemetery at Lebanon, Virginia.

Pallbearers will be Steve Harris, Dwayne Meade, Scott Schneider, Michael Harris, Ray Lester, and Benny Harris.

Honorary pallbearers will be Thurston Meade, Carson “Dickie” Lowe, Harold Harris, Dallas Harris, Ray Dingus, and Travis McClanahan.

The family will receive friends at the Honaker Funeral Home after 12 Noon Friday.
